About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at FLOWER CO. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers across California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a variety of products to different addresses and along various routes
  • Load, unload, prepare, and operate a delivery vehicle
  • Collect cash payments and count money for change
  • Inform customers about new products and services
  • De-escalate customer concerns and pass them to supervisors
  • Abide by cannabis regulations & compliance procedures
Requirements
  • Must be over the age of 21, have a valid California Driver's License, and car insurance in your name
  • Must have a driving record with no traffic violations for 3 years
  • Have a smartphone such as an iPhone or Android with a newer operating system
  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Be available to drive multiple days a week, including weekends
  • Be a kind and patient person
  • Be punctual and proactive
About Your Car

Your vehicle should have a separate trunk with plenty of free space to carry customer orders. It should also have an alarm and be clean and professional looking. Additionally, your car should be able to charge your phone and dashcam via USB.
