About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Program Manager to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of age-appropriate functional living skills and increasing independence in completion of tasks of daily living for our students.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote social skills and coping skills
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Monitor and report on student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field
  • Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders
  • MAPS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
  • Valid driver's license
