Position Overview:
The Clinical Operations Associate Manager plays a vital role in assessing, planning, evaluating, and coordinating patient care, as well as overseeing the clinical care delivery process under the guidance of the Clinical Manager. This position also serves as a mentor and resource for the nursing staff.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree is preferred.
- Must hold a valid registered nurse license in the State of North Carolina.
- A minimum of three years of nursing experience is required, with at least one year related to the specific patient population(s) and/or specialty of the unit.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical judgment and leadership capabilities.
- Current CPR certification is mandatory.
