Essential Duties

  • Accurately enter verifications into the system in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all relevant safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Input identification numbers of processed purchase orders into the scheduling database.
  • Exhibit flexibility in scheduling and availability to work various shifts, including overtime as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Complete all assigned tasks promptly, including cycle counts, audits, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain effective tracking, reporting, and filing systems.
  • Conduct audits of outbound orders.
  • Review batching information to confirm shipping sequences.
  • Monitor drops to ensure accurate product delivery to customers.
  • Manage all aspects of the reset area, including scanning and palletizing products and processing damages.
  • Keep track of counts and monitor pallet requirements for the distribution center, communicating needs to supervision.
  • Assist operations in monitoring voice selection to ensure drops/resets are completed for load departures.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Coordinate the training of new staff and facilitate cross-training for current employees.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned.
  • HBC: Manage all functions related to the cigarette machine.

Compensation

Starting Rate of Pay: $16.00
