Job Title: Eminent Faculty Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced researcher to join our faculty at the Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting groundbreaking research in epigenetics and 3D chromatin organization, focusing on malignant transformation and cellular proliferation in leukemia.

About the Position:
  • Design and perform complex experiments to analyze epigenomic regulation of gene expression in normal and malignant cells
  • Conduct ChIP-seq, CUT&RUN, CUT&Tag, RNA-SEQ, ATAC-seq, GRO-seq, Hi-C, Hi-ChIP, 3-C etc. in normal and malignant cells
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop novel treatments for pediatric malignancies
Requirements:
  • PhD in hand by start date
  • Motivated, independent, and highly organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
