Software Engineer - (Java/Spring)

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Java developer to develop cloud-based, highly-available RESTful services using the latest open-source solutions, including Spring technologies.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in emerging and traditional technologies such as Java, Spring, REST, JSON, XML, HTML/HTML5, CSS, NoSQL and relational databases, Maven, Docker, and AWS/Cloud Infrastructure.

Responsibilities include working with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios, designing and developing Java REST APIs, developing automated unit tests for all REST services, and working within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions.

The successful candidate will bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, and mentor other team members.

Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of SDLC experience using Java technologies, as well as at least 2 years of experience with Spring technologies and relational databases and SQL.

Preferred qualifications include experience working in AWS and experience with CI/CD software development pipelines.
