Nutrition Specialist Opportunity

Nation's Home Medical Equipment, a subsidiary of LifeBridge Health, is a leading provider of home health services in the MD, DC, and Northern Virginia markets. We offer a wide range of services to patients in their homes, at our Owings Mills office, and at other healthcare facilities.

Job Summary:
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and provide education to patients and caregivers on home enteral and parenteral nutrition support.
  • Maintain open communication with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assist with reimbursement issues and develop relationships with other dietitians and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the Enteral and Pharmacy Departments to support operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements and maintain clinical skills to provide high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Registered member of the American Dietetic Association
  • RD license and valid MD Driver's license required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in nutrition therapy
  • Experience with enteral nutrition and TPNs preferred
  • Home health experience a plus
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of reimbursement criteria
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Office 365 and EMRs
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm
