About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident Care Associate (RCA) to join our team at The Villages at Oak Ridge. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and well-being
  • Assist with meal service, including tray delivery and ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Respond to resident call lights and ensure prompt attention to their needs
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to report any changes in resident condition, concerns, or grievances
  • Participate in activities and events that promote resident engagement and socialization
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall care and well-being of our residents
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
