The Cybersecurity Risk Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization documentation, as well as standard operating procedures, policies, and security directives for both networked and standalone computing environments, including traditional IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems. This role involves providing guidance and oversight across multiple systems.
This position reports to a senior Project Manager and operates in a hybrid model, combining on-site and telework arrangements.
1. Support the Cybersecurity Program for Army Materiel Command and Installation Management Command, focusing on the development and implementation of Cybersecurity policies, procedures, and regulations to identify and mitigate potential Cybersecurity risks.
2. Review RMF packages, including System Categorizations, Security Plans, and Authorization Packages (A&A, Access Only), to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
3. Monitor, assess, and uphold systems and procedures designed to protect information systems, networks, and databases.
4. Develop, communicate, and enforce security policies or plans related to data, software applications, hardware, telecommunications, and information systems security education and awareness initiatives.
5. Conduct analyses on system artifacts related to AMC/IMCOM.
6. Collaborate with AMC/IMCOM system owners to identify problem areas, assess data availability, and establish reporting requirements.
7. Assist system owners in reviewing and rectifying system artifacts, including hardware/software inventory lists, network/data flow diagrams, implementation plans, and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
8. May be tasked with defining controls, conversion procedures, and system implementation strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience; a minimum of three related certifications may substitute for an unrelated degree.
- Over 10 years of relevant work experience.
- DoD 8570 Information Assurance IAT/IAM level II-III certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience in supporting the DoD RMF process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- ISC2 CISSP certification.
- ISACA CISM certification.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Experience supporting the Army RMF process.
