Engage in product design processes to create safe and certifiable systems.
Maintain ongoing communication with engineers, technicians, and management to ensure alignment.
Establish and monitor product safety milestones to guarantee completion.
Collaborate with testing laboratories to conduct and validate safety assessments.
Analyze test outcomes and perform additional testing when required.
Execute product evaluations and inspections in accordance with established standards.
Participate in standards organizations to influence the development of safety regulations.
Contribute to the creation of user manuals and training materials.
Ensure that product designs and documentation adhere to relevant certification standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product safety and compliance is preferred.
Strong technical background in safety and hands-on experience with safety certifications for complex products, including risk analysis to mitigate safety hazards.
Familiarity with electrical and mechanical safety certification processes.
Knowledge of product safety standards and regulations applicable in both US and international markets.
Experience in deploying safe commercial or industrial products and installations.
