We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Services Specialist to join our team at Harvard Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, including restocking toilet tissue and other dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, and spot cleaning partition doors and walls.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by sweeping and mopping tile floors, cleaning toilets and urinals, and repositioning furniture as needed.
  • Restock carts and closets at the end of each shift to ensure a smooth transition for the next team member.
  • Check all trash containers prior to moving them to ensure they are empty and ready for disposal.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
