We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Leader to join our team as a Sr. Sous Chef at P.F. Chang's.

About the Role:

As a Sr. Sous Chef, you will lead a high-volume, farm-to-wok scratch kitchen of passionate people through knowledge, technique, and experience. You will excel in a culinary-driven environment with the freshest ingredients, the cleanest kitchen, top-of-the-line equipment, and high operating standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  2. Drive genuine excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  3. Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
  4. Motivate and mentor your team to achieve sales and financial goals.
  5. Ensure guest satisfaction through memorable culinary experiences.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of prior culinary management experience.
  • Experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience mentoring and training hourly team members.
  • Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, and overall control of financials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in casual or upscale dining.
  • Experience working in a corporate restaurant chain with established processes, systems, and accustomed to corporate structure and protocols.
