Job Summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in a Home Health Agency setting. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of occupational therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Home Health Agency setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Administer and document patient treatments, including medications and therapies
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Current licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist
