Key Responsibilities- Provide and Direct Occupational Therapy Services: Assess, treat, and develop programs for patients to improve their functional abilities and independence.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document Patient Progress: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Education and Licensure: Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (if Bachelor's degree is not accepted). Current NBCOT registration and licensure per state of practice requirements.
- Experience and Skills: One year of experience preferred. Ability to project a professional image, knowledge of regulatory standards, strong organizational and analytical skills, and ability to make independent decisions.
