Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Restaurant Depot. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking products on shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stocking and Inventory: Remove boxes from pallets, place them on shelves, and organize items to ensure efficient restocking and inventory management.
  • Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following a regular maintenance schedule, inspecting the warehouse for hazards, and promptly addressing any issues.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in reviewing inventory for product rotation, ensuring accurate pricing, and preventing shrinkage and damages.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with Hi-Lo operators to ensure the selling floor remains stocked and safe, and promptly inform supervisors of low stock or out-of-stock merchandise.
Physical Demands
  • Walk/stand on concrete for up to 10 hours/day
  • Frequently turn, stand, reach, stoop, and/or bend
  • Frequently push/pull objects 500 to 1,500 lbs.
  • Frequently lift/carry objects more than 60 lbs.
Work Environment
  • Frequent exposure to cold/freezing temperatures
  • Equipment in motion (forklifts, electric pallet jacks, scooters)
  • Perform other work-related duties as required and assigned
  • May be required to work in other departments as needed
