Residential Property Liaison

Liberty Military Housing is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to military families across the United States. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

• Provide customer service to prospective and current residents, ensuring seamless move-in processes and addressing resident concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist with lease preparation, maintenance requests, and post-turn unit inspections, while maintaining accurate records in our software systems.
• Cultivate positive resident relations by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Promote our community through outreach marketing activities, such as market surveys and competitor analysis.

• 6 months+ of residential property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and software applications like Yardi and Payscan.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, vendors, management, and colleagues effectively.
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain operational objectives.
• Professional demeanor in all interactions, under all circumstances.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $25.00 Hourly
