Senior Delivery Manager

As a Service Delivery Manager at Computacenter, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of various service streams to both internal business partners and external customers. Your primary goal will be to analyze, improve, and develop processes and procedures to enable highly reliable and efficient operations and quality of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes and implement improvement activities as needed.
- Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
- Ensure that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
- Take accountability for service delivery performance, meet customer expectations, and drive future demand.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to drive efficiencies both up and down the lifecycle of a project.
- Provide and present accurate and regular reports on the performance of service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
- 5 years of experience working within a project management practice.
- Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment.
- Knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience with Smartsheets.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
