- Sales Experience: Proven track record of sales success, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance products and industry trends, with a Property & Casualty license.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to effectively relate to customers, communicate complex information, and build strong relationships.
