Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at MasterBrand Cabinets. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of shipping personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of shipping personnel to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with logistics and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to shipping personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a production or logistics environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of computerized equipment and software, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Experience in the cabinet industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Spanish language and culture.
