The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Weekeend Congregate Residential Counselors. In this role, you will be making a difference in the lives of youth who have experienced trauma and/or significant emotional and behavioral challenges.

Our 53-acre property offers a unique recovery environment with evidence-based and trauma-informed practices. New employees receive comprehensive training in behavior support, crisis management, and social services.

We prioritize positive and healthy relationships, recognizing that youth need to feel cared for to make progress. Our staff engage in group work and run activities designed to enhance youth growth and development.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for working with youth
  • 1 year prior experience in a similar field
  • High school diploma or equivalency

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Generous time off, including up to 11 holidays
