Job Description
This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis. The role will assume responsibility for supervision of staff, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current RN licensure in the state of California
* BSN degree or higher
* 1-2 years of experience in surgical unit
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
