Objective of the Role

  • Support the pharmacist and pharmacy staff in delivering optimal patient care while adhering to established regulations.

Customer Engagement

  • Share best practices in customer service with colleagues.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers.

Operational Duties

  • Assist in pharmacy operations under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist.
  • Prepare and dispense medications, and support patient care initiatives.
  • Manage cash transactions, phone inquiries, and inventory oversight.
  • Ensure a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

Training and Development

  • Complete mandatory training and remain informed about the latest in healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited pharmacy program.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with Walgreens is a plus.
  • Strong mathematical skills for precise medication dispensing.
