Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business planning, pricing, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned portfolio of brands.
  • Manage day-to-day activities, including purchasing, tactics, and relationship management.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive incremental revenue, maintain and grow distribution, and optimize promotional and operational expenditure.
  • Prepare periodic business reviews with suppliers and forecast and manage inventory levels efficiently to meet market demand.
  • Collaborate with marketing and public relations to develop and execute effective brand programs.
  • Partner with pricing department to ensure effective price positioning and sales resources.
  • Ensure brand standards and merchandising standards are implemented and executed.
  • Provide product education and seminars to distributors, customers, and consumers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the CPG/Wine industry.
  • Working knowledge of the wine industry, preferably in the import function.
  • Clear understanding of the three-tiered system and regulated nature of the industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and follow-through with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and measure workload, prioritize tasks, and meet quality and time constraints.
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office and enterprise planning systems.
