Vascular Procedures Specialist

West Tennessee Healthcare is in search of a dedicated Vascular Procedures Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care and providing technical assistance during vascular interventions. You will operate under the guidance of the Clinical Manager, performing both routine and urgent vascular procedures within the Cardiac Cath or Radiology Specials environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring adherence to quality care standards while prioritizing patient needs
  • Executing routine and urgent vascular interventions
  • Supporting physicians during sterile procedures
  • Preparing examination rooms and assisting patients
  • Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs
  • Operating specialized equipment and troubleshooting issues
  • Recording hemodynamic data with precision and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Coordinating patient examinations and ensuring proper image readiness
  • Fostering a collaborative team atmosphere
  • Providing educational support to patients and their families post-procedure

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Radiologic Technology, or Cardiovascular Technology
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist with necessary certifications (BCLS, ACLS)
  • Preferred: One year of experience in Vascular Intervention or Cath Lab
