Job Title: Interventional Technologist

West Tennessee Healthcare is seeking a skilled Interventional Technologist to join our team. As an Interventional Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing quality patient care and technical support to physicians in the performance of vascular procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to quality standards and departmental guidelines, prioritizing patient needs.
  • Perform routine and emergent vascular procedures, including sterile patient prep and care.
  • Assist physicians in sterile vascular procedures, maintaining a clean and well-supplied procedure room.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, document information, and record hemodynamic data.
  • Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment, accessing patient information in hospital systems.
  • Contribute to a positive work climate and team effort, promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • Completion of an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy, Radiologic Technology, or Cardiovascular Technology.
  • Registration as a Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and state licensure.
  • BCLS and ACLS certification, with ACLS certification completed within 6 months of hire date.
  • One year of experience in Vascular Intervention or Cath Lab, preferred.
