Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Macias and Associates, CPA. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing general ledgers, entering accounting transactions, and running accurate financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review QuickBooks Desktop or Online for accuracy and ensure financial statements are up-to-date
  • Post transactions to generate financial statements and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Process Sales Tax Returns and Payroll Returns in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot errors in accounting files as necessary and assist clients as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience
  • Minimum Associate's Degree with a concentration in Accounting or Equivalent (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Public Accounting Experience is a Plus
