Park View Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Edgerton, OH location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized, high-quality care to residents under the direction of nursing personnel.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as food consumption, elimination, and transferring and ambulating.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition or other relevant matters to the Charge Nurse.
- Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of plans of care for assigned residents.
- Carry out administrative functions, including prioritizing daily tasks, participating in staff meetings, and reviewing and implementing updated policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- One or more years of related experience preferred.
- Successful completion of a nurse assistant training and competency evaluation program, including passing of the certification exam.
This position requires standing, sitting, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 75 pounds or more, bending, climbing, twisting upper body, walking, running, carrying, listening, talking, and exposure to medical equipment and persons with risk of illness.
