Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Essentia Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients. Your expertise and passion for nursing will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Organize and provide care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
- Contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia.
- Meet the requirements of the Joint Commission and other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
- Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing.
- Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) certification or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year.
- Sign On Incentives: $10,000/Associate RNs and $15,000/Bachelor RNs for all eligible RNs with work commit.
