Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Individual and Class Needs

Develop and implement effective lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Establish Objectives and Plan Learning Experiences

Set clear academic goals and design engaging learning activities that promote student growth and achievement.

Implement Activities and Assess Student Progress

Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to deliver high-quality instruction, and regularly assess student progress to inform instruction.

Maintain a Functional Learning Atmosphere

Establish and enforce classroom rules and expectations, promoting a respectful and productive learning environment.

Communicate Effectively

Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring open and effective communication.

Evaluate Educational Programs and Student Progress

Regularly assess the effectiveness of educational programs and student progress, making data-driven decisions to inform instruction.

Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or related field
    • State certification in Elementary Education
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Master's Degree in Elementary Education or related field
    • Experience in elementary education
