DePaul University's Jarvis College of Computing & Digital Media is seeking a part-time adjunct faculty member to teach in the School of Computing. As a member of our faculty, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and contribute to the development of our undergraduate and graduate programs.
Responsibilities:
- Teach courses in computer science, including introductory programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
- Develop and implement course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
- Advise students on academic and career goals.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience teaching computer science courses at the undergraduate or graduate level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in computer science or a related field.
