Acute Dialysis Nurse

DaVita is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in intensive care, critical care, emergency room, or medical surgical settings preferred
