Job Summary

As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and living independently. You will provide personalized support, promote dignity and acceptance, and foster a positive and inclusive home environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and support individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Ensure a safe and healthy living environment

Requirements

  • 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
