Project Development Manager

River City Construction, LLC is a leading construction company that requires skilled professionals to join its team. As a Project Engineer at River City Construction, you will be responsible for supporting construction efforts and collaborating with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill this key position. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, good time management, and the ability to work well with others. They will also possess a sense of selflessness, humility, and an enterprise-first mentality, as well as emotional and social intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support construction efforts and collaborate with other departments to ensure project success.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of projects and recognize priority tasks with minimal supervision.
- Effectively delegate tasks and supervise project teams, including foremen, QC managers, safety officers, project controls staff, project clerks, procurement staff, and designers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 0-4+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a similar field.
- A 4-year degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, architecture, or a similar field.
- Strong organizational skills, good time management, professionalism, and the ability to work well with others.
- Certifications/Licenses: OSHA 10 required.

- An estimated salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
