**Job Summary**

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our team at one of our apartment communities. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $16.00, plus a bonus structure and a robust benefits package.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Clean and maintain the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units, and public access areas.
  • Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas.
  • Care, maintenance, and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping.

**Requirements:**

  • 6+ months experience in professional cleaning preferred.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Skilled problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Unmatched dedication to customer service.
