Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

About the Role:

Friday Services is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Location:

This role is based in the Greater Asheville, NC area, with 50-75% travel required after the initial 2-6 month period.
