As a Crew Member, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Baking a wide variety of Crumbl Cookies' delicious cookies
• Providing a welcoming and professional experience to each of our guests
• Mastering the baking process and working as part of a team to support each other and make customers happy
• Cleaning tables, workstations, utensils, and tools, floors, dishes, and equipment throughout the day
• Following clear recipe instructions with exactness and attention to detail

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Be able to lift 25 lbs
• Be comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Be comfortable using mobile devices and applications
• Have a Food Handlers Permit
• Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
