POSITION SUMMARY
The Aggregate Production Supervisor will oversee a team of workers while ensuring the upkeep and functionality of equipment. This role primarily encompasses operations in the Northern Region, including various states.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the work crew.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of production plants.
- Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of equipment as necessary.
- Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 80 lbs regularly.
- Adhere to safety protocols established by regulatory bodies and company standards.
- Perform pre-operational inspections on machinery before use.
- Complete and submit all required documentation accurately.
- Maintain open communication with management and team members.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to operate machinery effectively to meet project requirements.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge of equipment and capability to perform standard maintenance tasks.
