Job Summary

Volt is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerk I to join our team. As a Clerk I, you will be responsible for recording shipping and receiving information, performing hands-on inventory control tasks, and entering customer data into our inventory management system with 100% accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and process shipping and receiving documents, including bills of lading and inventory reports.
  • Perform hands-on inventory control tasks, including counting and verifying inventory levels.
  • Enter customer data into our inventory management system, ensuring 100% accuracy and data integrity.
  • Process claims for misdirected parts and update claim information in our customer system.
  • Conduct quality control checks for supplier compliance.
Requirements
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Clerical or data entry experience, preferably in a warehouse or inventory control environment.
