Floral Clerk

The Kroger Company is seeking a skilled Floral Clerk to join our team.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent service and respond to their needs in a timely manner.
  • Operate equipment according to guidelines and follow basic product handling procedures.
  • Assist with product production, packaging, presentation, and replenishment to ensure in-stock position of available products.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
