  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, finance, and legal, to ensure compliance with SEC and GAAP regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and compliance, preferably in a public company or accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and GAAP accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting software, including Excel and financial reporting systems.
