Executive Chef

We are seeking an Executive Chef & Kitchen Manager to join our team at Revealed during Interview. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in managing a team of cooks and overseeing kitchen operations. You will be expected to develop menus, manage inventory, and maintain high levels of food quality and safety.

This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits including paid vacation time and opportunities for professional development.

• Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer preferences and dietary needs
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources
• Maintain high levels of food quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
• Lead and motivate a team of cooks and other kitchen staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
