Senior SailPoint Consultant

At The Herjavec Group Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior SailPoint Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and supporting Saviynt and SailPoint IAM technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret business requirements and turn them into technical configurations or solutions
  • Work on the technical delivery of IAM implementation projects
  • Gather business and technical requirements from customers and application owners
  • Provide input to functional and technical design where required
  • Ensure that technical solutions meet customer requirements and perform as per design
  • Create customer delivery documentation, such as implementation and configuration documents, test plans, and runbooks
  • Work closely with project managers and engagement managers to deliver tasks on time and with high quality
  • Identify new and existing customer opportunities
  • Create strong customer relationships with technical stakeholders
  • Share best practices with team members to contribute to the IAM center of excellence
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in production
  • Support closure of IAM-related support tickets in alignment with agreed metrics
  • Use strong communication skills to provide oversight, direction, and technical mentorship to junior-level resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or any occupation involving installation and configuration of IAM technologies
  • Experience working with Saviynt and SailPoint, including installing and configuring, developing lifecycle workflows, onboarding applications with automated provisioning, and configuring reports and dashboards
  • Experience performing RBAC and Access Reviews
  • Experience utilizing databases, including Oracle, MSSQL, or MySQL
  • Experience utilizing Java or BeanShell and PowerShell
  • Experience utilizing web technologies, including XML, SPML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), or web and application servers
  • Experience installing complex applications on UNIX/Linux platforms
  • Experience building custom API integrations

  • Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
