Position Overview:

  • Administer medications in accordance with established regulations
  • Provide tailored care services to meet the unique needs of residents

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in Senior Living
  • Preferred supervisory experience in the healthcare or service sector
  • Possession of Certified Nursing Assistant and Georgia Certified Medication Aide credentials
  • Strong communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise caregiver staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Follow and implement residents' Service Plans
  • Respond to resident needs and emergencies in a timely manner

Medication Management:

  • Adhere to the 'six rights' of medication administration
  • Accurately administer medications and maintain clear documentation
Communication Duties:
  • Effectively relay residents' needs and any changes to the management team
  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions
Reporting Structure:

Reports to the Wellness Director, Executive Director, or Manager-on-Duty.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks for extended durations
  • Adhere to safety protocols while assisting residents
  • Stand or walk for up to eight hours daily
  • Lift and support weights of up to 70 pounds
