Heavy Equipment Operator

At RedStone Construction Group Inc, we are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a quad-axle dump truck in a safe and efficient manner, transporting aggregate materials to project sites throughout Arkansas, and conducting asphalt plant loading and offloading operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a quad-axle dump truck in a safely and efficient manner
• Transport aggregate materials to project sites throughout Arkansas
• Conduct asphalt plant loading operations
• Conduct asphalt paver offloading operations
• Conduct dump truck preventative maintenance checks daily
• Maintain CDL logs daily
Requirements:
• Class B Commercial Drivers License
• Ability to maintain a Commercial Drivers Medical Certification
• Ability to operate a manual shift transmission
• Willingness to work various schedules including nights and weekends when necessary
