- Guarantee that projects are executed on time and within budgetary constraints.
- Offer mentorship, training, and guidance to team members.
Key Duties
- Create cost-effective and dependable substation designs.
- Oversee quality assurance throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with construction teams and conduct inspections.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Track project budgets and manage financial resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in engineering roles.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in relay protection, control systems, and financial analysis.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Leadership, research, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Technical Proficiencies
