We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Hydro-Thermal Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and securing strategic sales opportunities for our direct steam injection technology in the Mexico territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales plan to increase market share, revenue growth, and customer base.
- Provide market development and technical sales support for existing sales channel partners.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new sales channel partners to expand our reach in the region.
- Secure sales on a direct basis where sales channel partners are not established.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in managing a comprehensive sales process for technical, engineered products and capital equipment.
- Successful achievement of increasing annual sales quotas for a multi-state region.
- Sales management responsibility for developing a results-oriented network of industrial sales channel partners.
- Proficiency with PC and Windows Operating system, Microsoft Office Suite, and SalesLogix or similar CRM software.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
