Your Responsibilities:


Inspectors are tasked with performing regular inspections, testing, servicing, and preventive maintenance on Electrical, Sprinkler, or Fire Suppression systems and related product lines, including those from competing manufacturers.


How You Will Execute Your Duties:
Engage with low voltage wiring and related devices for the operation of low voltage systems.

Complete Service Acknowledgements with accurate coding through communication devices such as laptops and/or hard copies.

Adhere to and maintain a structured inspection timetable.

Input, retrieve, and archive inspection records using a laptop.

Conduct minor repairs and programming adjustments to the systems under inspection.

Provide technical guidance to junior inspectors and trainees.

Ensure timely completion of assigned inspections.

Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications We Seek:
Required

Possession of a fire alarm license and the ability to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses as mandated by National, State, and Local regulations.

A minimum of 3 years of documented service experience in fire alarm or fire sprinkler systems.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, program schematics, and operational/product manuals.

Experience with hand tools and the use of multi-meters.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot systems and perform necessary repairs.

Capability to follow both verbal and written instructions.

Physical ability to perform labor, including lifting and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 50-70 lbs.


Able to work in unusual and sometimes challenging positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, and working within ducts, crawl spaces, and above ceilings.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.

Commitment to adhering to, implementing, and consistently following safety protocols and procedures.

Possession of a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.

Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Exhibit a high level of customer service.

Ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational skills, a positive demeanor, and a quick learning ability.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
