U.S. Rubber Corporation stands as a premier custom rubber manufacturer, renowned for our high-quality conveyor belts utilized across various industries worldwide. We are currently seeking a motivated and inquisitive individual to join our team as a Warehouse Maintenance Technician. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our technicians who maintain our robust industrial machinery and equipment, alongside contributing to the overall maintenance of our facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct basic repairs on appliances and machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the warehouse.
- Report any facility-related issues to the facilities manager.
- Assist in troubleshooting and inspecting equipment systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage workload effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Possess forklift certification.
- Follow OSHA guidelines for safe material handling.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of handy work and maintenance.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Basic proficiency in English is preferred.
- Forklift certification is required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to commute for onsite work.

COMPENSATION

WORK SCHEDULE
This role requires onsite presence from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. Standard working hours are from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential for overtime.
