About the Role

We're seeking a driven and curious Junior-Level Civil Design Engineer to join our Honolulu team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on challenging water projects, from small facility upgrades to large-scale green field treatment plant facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design site civil layout, grading, and drainage (hydrology and hydraulics)
  • Geometric design of roadways, including horizontal and vertical alignments, super elevation, signing, striping, and erosion control
  • Maintenance of traffic during construction, quantity take-offs, and design review
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
  • Up to 6 years of engineering experience in site layout, water and wastewater treatment, grading and drainage design, and/or roadway and traffic
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3.0 GPA
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) or ability to obtain within 6 months, preferably PE if over 4 years of experience or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • 1 year of previous design or intern experience
  • Knowledge of MicroStation, Inroads/Openroads, and Civil 3D
  • Active in professional organizations
