We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Project Manager to lead our architectural projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, communication, and project management.
About the RoleAs a Senior Architectural Project Manager at Stratus Team LLC, you will be responsible for taking ownership of architectural projects, providing leadership and direction to project teams and owners, and ensuring that designs align with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Taking ownership of architectural projects from inception to completion, including managing construction administration and coordinating with design teams.
- Preparing and producing documents through to the construction phase, and collaborating with design teams to ensure that architectural designs meet client requirements, specifications, and goals.
- Developing designs in coordination with client requirements, specifications, and goals, and compiling materials associated with project development.
- Cordinating and maintaining project files, including correspondence, drawings, and other relevant materials.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Building, Life Safety, and Zoning Codes, as well as experience working on Institutional projects. They will also have excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills, and be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software.
A competitive salary is offered for this role, estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
